Volunteer

Project P.A.W. is always looking for motivated, caring individuals to help out at the shelter.  You can assist with everything from cleaning and laundry, to grooming and feeding the cats.  Most of all, the animals need a good dose of attention and affection.  If you have some love to spare, this is a good place to show it.  There is no minimum time commitment, and we welcome anyone who wants to give volunteering a try.

Helping Hours

Currently, we have volunteer shifts 7 days a week, between the hours of 9 a.m. and 2 p.m.  We are also willing to work with  organized groups that wish to schedule  service projects in the evening.

Caring Youngsters

Caring for animals can provide a wealth of life lessons for young people.  If you are over the age of 14, you are welcome to volunteer at the shelter, provided that you are dropped off and picked up for each shift by a parent or legal guardian.  Children under the age of 14 are also welcome, but must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who is also volunteering.
